Default Router immediately runs of the table MACH4

Due to some pc issues I had to reinstall mach 4. It had been running perfect on my avid cnc. Everything seems fine expect now when I start a code the first move immediately runs the machine off the table and trips a limit. The units are all set to metric. Whats weird is that I noticed the tool display distance on mach seems way off. For example if I jog the tool across the entire table in mach it say I only moves a few mm... has me confused.

Any tips or past experience with something like this?

It sounds like you're giving it commands in millimeters but it's thinking they're inches. You need to go into the Motor Tuning settings and make sure that the steps per unit are correct for the units you're using. Tell it to go 1mm; see how far it travels and adjust accordingly.
