The Mach3 posts should work. You need to use the "wrapped" posts for rotary axis work.
I'm fairly new here but have a question for those more experienced.
I'm using VCarve Desktop and Mach 4. I usually use Fanuc (inch) postprocessor for most of my 3 axis work. I'm setting up my 4th axis and am in need of knowing which postprocessor will work for this for rotary A axis cutting.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Doug

Thanks Gerry.
I tried the Mach2/3-Wrap-X2A ATC(inch) post processor. No luck the Rotary axis rotates way too much using this post to create the toolpath. Essentially carving grooves into the workpiece that no way resemble the text i want to carve into it.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
