My recommendation would be to not use Mach3.
I'd recommend UCCNC, Centroid Acorn or LinuxCNC,
Mach3 is inferior to all of them.
If you really want Mach3, but it from Artsoft, or Automation Technologies.
I am building my own little Kyo CNC router and will be using 110V spindle and VFD. I am wondering if there is a recommended place to buy Mach 3

I would recommend downloading Mach3 and testing it in demo mode with your setup. Once you are satisfied, you can purchase a license directly at machsupport.com or through one of the authorized resellers listed in the Partners page. You can also submit a ticket at our helpdesk (support.machsupport.com) with any questions and I'll be happy to help.
