Tell it .4mm tip, and make your retraction more, what software are you using, I have a slicer config file I could send you tonight for your exact printer. Pictures help describe your problem better too.
How do I fix the problem of my printing starts over ejecting plastic? Is their a setting to change the time the printer head starts to eject plastic and starts to traverse? I'm using the ini config and .5mm tip.

Filament Retraction should be set to 1.4mm - 1.6mm depending on how fast you are printing.

Hi CNCadmin,
Are you printing just one object at a time? Also, what speed are you printing at? If you are printing jsut one object on the heatbed at a time you might try adding another object to the print job to allow more time for each layer to cool before the next layer is applied.

Which stock settings, ours or the stock ones in Slic3r itself? Also which version of slic3r? If you could point at the URL of the .ini you are using, that would be nice.
Jon actually pointed at two different stock settings. The one for 0.8.4 (the top URL) and 0.9.7 (the bottom URL, which is the latest slic3r version). I would suggest using the latest/greatest release of slic3r and this config, just to be clear:

It basically looks like it is extruding too much material. You can adjust this by lowering the extrusion multiplier (Filament Settings-->Filament). You shouldn't have to adjust this though--there may be something else up with the settings (e.g. you have Slic3r's defaults, not ours, for instance).
Also, feel free to paste your .ini somewhere and we can take a look at it.
If the part is really small (which it kind of looks like), it can also be helpful to print multiple copies on the same plate. This allows it to cool down more between layers.

It appears you are using the config for the 0.8.4. This is ok, but slic3r has had vast improvements since then. I suggest using the latest 0.9.7 version of slic3r, freely available at slic3r.org and use this config:

That is what shipped with the AO-101 (you have AO-100), but they can use the same slic3r config. We also have a finer resolution version of the config for 0.5mm nozzles in the same directory:

I suggest giving that a test and also printing multiple parts on the same plate, which helps when printing small parts (which from the photo, it appears your part is).
