Try running an M03 S### command in MDI before resuming the program.
'Run From Here' isn't one of linuxcnc's better features. It's not that it doesn't do what it's supposed to do, it's more like it doesn't do
what you might expect.
I have been searching this for weeks, and cannot find the correct answer.
I am pretty new to CNC mills and CNC linux. The issue I have is sometimes I might take a too aggressive cut, or screw up a program to where the machine crashes or breaks a end mill halfway through a process. I take note of what line this happens on, do what I need to do to correct the program and go to restart on selected line, but the machine will not restart.
It will start to move towards where it needs to go, but the spindle will not be moving.... What am I doing wrong and could someone point me in the right direction.
Thanks.

Anyone who says "It only goes together one way" has no imagination.
