Default 1610 ball screws on a 6040 sized DIY machine

I see some recomendations for higher pitch ball screws on the bigger DIY machines.

I am planning a build which will have a 6040 sized bed, but longer rails so the whole bed can be utilised.
Just wondering if it is generally accepted that it would be good practise to use 1610's for the X and Y axes?

    Yes.

1605's do not give the speeds that you'll want.
