the HBS86H ENA+ input issue

Hi everyone
i have the chines HBS86H driver (G-penny from AliExpress),
when i power on the driver the motor is on break status meaning you can't move the axis manually
the problem am facing is that i can't release the motor to be able to move it by hand (need this option in my application)
and when an error occurs i have to turn the driver off inorder to reset it
also when connecting the EN+ input to 24V the motor do release but the red light stays on (not blinking) is that normal
what is the solution

i tried changing parameters from software but i can't go online with the driver ,i tried many versions.
