I have 2 speedy 300s and a Laserati DT. We use the 2 speedy 300s for sign making and acrylics but sometimes they get ran with marble and black brass.

The DT is the main issue here as we use it to make rubber stamps. It is setup with a prefilter and then a Atmos duo plus. How is the best way to keep the prefilter lasting longer? Last one we used lasted about 2 months and this one has been on for 3 day and it is already reading 25% clogged. The way the DT is set up we cannot get more them 30% or so on the filter before the vacuum suction gets so low that the machine throws an exhaust error. Trotec tech support sucks and I am basiclly telling them this is what I have found that works and blah blah blah. I cannot even get them to send me the MSDS on the precoat they sale.

Im also looking into a company to manufacture the filters for use that trotec uses for about half the price or less. ANY help about laser exhaust is needed here. Thanks!
