The laser continues to operate while moving from one point to another

Hello everyone
I would like to get help from experts in the field of laser machine maintenance

I have a Chinese-made laser machine with a controller of the type RDC6642S-B(EC)

The laser works well during cutting and there is no problem
But when the laser head moves from one point to another, the laser continues to work with a weak power of about 10% and leaving an unwanted line

I noticed this problem after adjusting the laser beam and cleaning the tube externally

to solve this problem i tray to :

1. reinstalled the program RD software and there was no improvement
2 .cleaned the machine power supply and there was no improvement
3. cleaned the laser power and there was no improvement

There is a screen installed on the laser power and during the movement of the laser head from one point to another, a sign appears that there is no laser, knowing that the same screen indicates that there is a current of 4mA during this prosses
