laser smashes into the sides SH-G570 Chinese

im currently having alot of problems with a new laser
to begin with it was ok but the direction was visa versa so i went into light burn and altered the polarity of them i forgot to back anything up now it just smashes into the side and doesn't stop unless i push the emergency button ive tried to restore to defaults but no password works only if i have rd works on if someone has a solution for this id be grateful

Hi Ade,
If you use RDWorks, the 'Vendor settings' password is RD8888
You should make polarity changes there and then 'write' it to the laser controller.
Have you tried loading a different job file?
What motherboard does your machine have?

Yeah it does it all the time the board is a rudia thing is I mainly use light burn

I also have a Ruida in my machine, RDC6445G(EC). I am thinking that since you made the changes in Lightburn, this will always be part of the files that you send to your machine, therefore you will always have the same results. Sounds like the changes need to be made in Lightburn to rectify this?
