EZCAD no dongle

Hi. New to this forum. I have a 50 W fiber laser engraver from China. It came with a flash drive with EZCAD software. When I open the software, I get "cannot find dongle" message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software, still cannot get the laser to work. I have gotten no response from the seller when I have enquired about it. Any help would be appreciated!
The EZCAD is version 2.14.11

Hi,
Can you provide a photograph of the PCB of your engraver? I have heard there are some out there that have non-BJJCZ boards (i.e. clones) that only work with a specific version of EzCAD2.
