HL-1060L 100W factory reset needed

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a factory reset used for the HL-1060L 100W Chinese laser? I am currently having a problem where it keeps jamming on the x-axis, the only way to stop it is by hitting the ESC button. When I used the emergency button it forgets the previous coordinates it was using. If anyone could help with a factory reset or knows why this keeps happening, it would be much appreciated.
