30watt fiber laser Chinese and Ezcad2

Having issues resetting up the laser to work correctly after a windows 10 update last year. Manufacture is less then helpful. (no surprise there)
1. 30watt chinese fiber laser with F-Theta F-330mm 1064nm len
2. Board Model: LMCFIBER JXT-M40015 REV 20120321
3. Ezcad2 software
4. windows 10 32bit as I found out laser will not support the 64bit os.
5. Will check all the solider joints as i'm still getting DOG message even with correct driver installed. (All of inside connectors are tight and joints are good in the welds)

Other then that i have had this 6k unit on my desk for a year without being able to use it.
I have the ability to remote someone in if there willing to give me a hand with this.

i'm using windows 10 x64 with EzCad2 2.14.11 , is it the drivers missing? i have the LMC4 Fiber + 60w raycus, and 110mm 185mm lense so can't help you with the cal much, i posted my settings just now on the other thread, but prob not much help.

i am having same issue fiber laser windows 10 64 bit say demo mode

demo mode means its not detecting the usb device, which likely means the drivers aren't installed, or 32 bit drivers on a 64 bit os.

According to the model number you mentioned, it seems like a copy controller. You can compare the original one with the copy one at https://www.chineselaser.com/

i bought a BJJCZ marking board FBL1-B-LV4 , and i am stuck in demo mode. I tried windows 7 with no luck . Any advise or driver? Please help.

For LV4 Marking board,you only can use 2.14.11(lite) version EZCAD.You can find the software and driver in the link following.

You need install drivers before open EZCAD.First uninstall your old driver then install this new driver to your computer.Following videos show that how to uninstall and install drivers.
