Default CorelLaser 2013.02 - Floating Point division by zero

I have a 40 Watt Laser made in China. It came with a USB dongle so I can use the laser with CoreLaser.
I have installed the Corel 10 and I am using Windows 10 Version 1083
When I click on the Cut or Engrave button I get an error

    "Floating point division by zero"

I click OK and it goes back to Corel

I have uninstalled both Corel 10 and CorelLaser and then re-installed. No change

I dug up an old laptop and installed it on it and works fine.

I have tried to contact the supplier and have no response.

I just got a similar laser and had the same error last night. Did you find a fix?
