SmartCarve - Can´t find SmartCarve4´s Softdog!

Hi all!

I am a real beginner and I'm starting just now to get close to the world of cutting and laser engraving.

I have the opportunity to use a laser cutting machine model "Yueming CM1390". The software is SmartCarve 4.3 .

Now, I would like to install the software on a pc not connected with the machine. I installed the software correctly but i get an Error: "Can´t find SmartCarve4´s Softdog!".

What does it means? Could you please tell me how do I solve this problem with the softdog?

I think you need to have the machine connected to your pc.

you need the USB with the key in order to use the program.
