Default 60W power supply - Correct amperage?

I cut some fabric using my Epilog laser, which has an RF excited 60 Watt laser, but is only 18 x 24 inches, which isn't big enough for a project I'm working on. So I built a laser with a 4 foot by 6 foot cutting area using a 60 watt voltage excited laser. Everything works fine, but it is running about 5 times slower than the tests that I ran with my Epilog laser.

I'm wondering if my power output is actually 60 watts.

This is the power supply I bought: https://www.ebay.com/itm/60W-Laser-P.../>
This is the laser tube that I got: https://www.ebay.com/p/60w-1200mm-La...br />
I tested the amperage using my multimeter, which measured 21.3 mA. I ran a jumper from the 5V to the input voltage pin so that it should be producing full power.

What amperage should I be reading for 60W?The laser tube is 1200mm long and I'm hoping that I can make this one work... getting a longer one would require rebuilding a lot of stuff.
