Larken 2424 Camtool Spindle RPM problem

Any help would be appreciated!!

We have a Larken Camtool 2424 with a 3HP ELTE Spindle:

Problem:
Spindle will not accelerate to correct RPM to drill/cut certain metals (stainless steele/aluminum).

Any suggestions on what issue may be?

Download the AC-tech MC1000 manual, and set the RPM to be controlled by the Keypad.
Does the router start from the starcams Start router button?
