Yoke for ballscrew conversion on Lagun FT-1?

The Lagun FT-1 that I have is very similar to a Bridgeport, but has lots of metric parts and slight differences enough to make fitting things like power feed a challenge.

I see lots of ball screw kits for Bridgeport including a new yoke to connect the Y and X

Where can I get a yoke or a kit to fit ball screws to this mill?
