    Default Kitamura 4xD atc problems

Anyone familiar with the 2015 kit 4xD with arumatik control? We have 4 of these machines with relentless atc issues. The spindle seems to let go of its orientation during a tool change! This in turn causes the tool arm to hang up and over time bends the arm. Recently the arm manages to load the tools into the spindle without the key ways aligning. The draw bar manages to retain the pull stud and the machine will the run it's normal operation. I attached a photo of the latter issue. The operator managed to catch it before any cutting began.

Might be an alignment issue or a servo issue.

Is there a maintenance mode you can put the machine in to slow down the tool change? If so, you might be able to see if the arm is running into the tool holders flange, or if the tool starts to spin.
