On the screen I/O channel range is only 2 where as i need to put 4 for memory card. When I give input I/O channel - 4, Data out of range error comes.

You need an i series control to use that card. I also suggest staying below 1 GIG when you do. The easy way to tell if you have an i series controller is to look at the servo drives and see if a fiber optic cable is attatched to each servo drive. (You will also have an FSSB page under the SYSTEM button). If you don't then that slot is only use by an SRAM card and the SRAM card can ONLY used on the PMC page and BOOT mode. You must use the RS232 to get programs in and out of the controller.

Hi drdos, thanks for the reply.
There is no FSSB page under the SYSTEM button.
I have tried connecting through RS232 port. I am able to send the program successfully through my PC system but there's no option on the machine controller to check the program.
I have checked in all modes. There's no option like "Device", "MEM", "DNC-CD" showing up in my controller. Please check video

You won't have a DNC mode, it was called tape mode back then. won't have "Device", "MEM", "DNC-CD" either. That was on newer controls.

Looks like all you have is the program number. The rest of the program is missing that is why you don't see any program to edit. Make sure that you don't have a % after the program number or some kind of special charter.
