Running into issue with hyperthem 45XP not cutting
Hello, my 45XP was working fine til i loaded a new sheet in and got an error that reads "LINE 4 MOVE WILL EXCEED Z AXIS LIMIT". The torch head hovers 1/2inch above the sheet. Please let me know if anyone has any idea what this means and how to fix. Thank you.

it sounds like the software limits are giving you trouble. if you have a clearance height set and your new material is thicker. and you zeroed on the material. it could now be exceeding limits set in software somewhere. and hovering above the plate almost sounds like your system is zeroed high and this could interfere with your upper limits too.

You need to provide greater detail about how you are creating your gcode and what your controller is/ MAch or something else?
What doe line 4 say? what travel do you have on your z axis?
