Help with Mazak QT 40
Hey all,
Here a while back we decided we were going ot remove a perfectly running QT 40 from our shop, due to not having a need for it. We disconnected power, and it sat for almost a year. We recently decided we were going to use it again, so we got it hooked back up, and now were having issues with it. The machine will power up, but as soon as it does it throws out a few alarms, head lubrication, turret sensor, and a few others. After looking it over, I noticed it's not getting any hydraulic pressure. The pump runs, and the tank is full. Is there by chance a check valve, or some other piece in the system that may have goten stuck over the past year? Or maybe something else I should look for. Thanks in advance for any help ya'll can provide.

Ok, the only thing changed was the power
Is the pump running the correct way ?
maybe the phases are reversed

Re: Help with Mazak QT 40
Could that cause the machine to power up fine, but cause the motors to spin backwards? Almost seems like to easy of an idea. And nothings ever that easy round here.LOL
