Hurco Hawk 5m major issues

Long story short I was moving equipment and clipped the power wire shorting it and blowing multiple boards in the CPU enclosure.

Machine powers up with a light on the INPUT key and I can press the green on button causing the flood coolant to activate. Both screens stay off and blank. I swapped the hard drive the color graphics card, the canbus control card and the Pentium motherboard card. Hard drive blinks green then blinks a few more times and stops. The +5v -12v and +12v leds light up. I get no lights at the control console except the Input. What is my next step for trouble shooting or any other cards I should look at to swap out?
