I have a BMC-20 that has set dormant for a few years. When the machine was last ran and parked all axis were operational. While recently bringing the machine back into operation I keep getting a Y-axis fault when calibrating machine. I am able to manually and slowly move the Y-axis up to .25 worth of travel before it faults, can reset servos and move another .25 before faulting out. It will also fault out of I try and move the axis quickly. The error code on the Yaskawa is showing a "F". I have not had a chance to check for loose connections yet. Any suggestions on troubleshooting or do you think the drive is shot for some reason?
Thanks,
Kraig

I think it has a CACR-SR10BB1BF if my memory serves.
Ah, hang on. Is that the earlier drive with the single 7-segment display on yours?
F indicates open phase I think. Check you have good connections in the motor plug and the cable is good.
