Need help KM-3 mill

Just hooked power up to my hurco km-3. Fans startup lights on boards But nothing at all on control console any suggestions on where to start?

Have you confirmed you have pwr coming out of all fuses in the magnetics side cabinet? Servos and PC are powered by 220VAC single phase so if you have dropped a leg of the 3 ph coming in the transformer may not be making single ph power.
