Hurco VMX40 thrust bearing

We need to replace the X axis thrust bearing and Hurco wants $1995 for a set of 2. Does anyone have the bearing number that is the same but less expensive.

I pulled the assembly apart and the bearings are fafnir MM35BS72 QUH It looks like they are available as a set from bearing houses for about $850
