Hitachi Seiki HT-25G turret power issue

Hi experts,
I have a Hitachi Seiki HT-25G with Seicos A10L and it suddenly have an PC Alarm 2252 - "Turret Index Power Off" and I don't know how to clear as the alarm will come back after power off/on. On the side note, I still can change the turret index in jog mode but it rotate very slow.

Anyway I can clear alarm, reset something or to fix that?
