Hitachi Seiki HC400 - FANUC 15M NC and PC Parameters

Hello everyone,

My workplace has an HC400 that had a problem with corrupted data on the RAM memory, and had to be reset and erased.

It took us about 3 months of researching and contacting different people in this site until we finally could restore the machine to its former functional state.

I attach all the information gathered, scanned and compiled, it includes the NC Parameters Backup, the PC Parameter tables, the Datasheet for the machine, and other useful data.

Our machine has the following characteristics:

Hitachi Seiki HC400
SN: HC40593
Controller: FANUC 15-M
3 AXIS
1 INDEX AXIS TABLE
2 Pallet Changer

Hope that this information will help other people in some situation like ours, and that they will successfully restore their machine to working order.
