HELP! Hitachi Seiki HT-25G HPC1 lost configuration

Hello,
I recently replace the bad HPC1 card on my HT-25G and looks like PLC config is not there. How do I reinstall the code for the PLC on HPC1? I attached the current alarm of the machine. Or does anyone know if there is any service can fix this?

*machine is using Seicos Lambda A10L
