Hitachi Seicos VM4III 18iM - Rigid Tapping Parameter Setup

Hi,
I have a machine of Hitachi Seicos VM4III using Fanuc 18iM + Seicos OS.
Now, it can not using Rigid Tapping.
When I checked parameter of rigid tapping, i saw it have more parameters related rigid tapping.
But I don't know how to setup them.
Pls see attachment and help me if you can.

Parameter setup looks very much like most Hitachi Seiki's
Hitachi do not use M code for tapping
Call line is G84.1 Z-14. R 3. (example) and ends with G80 as other drilling cycles
