Dear all,

We are facing a problem migrating a Hitachi Seiki VS50 to a new IP range with vlans, and 2016 Domain Controllers.
Right now it is connected to the old network (DC-DHCP to be exact, a 2008R2 server with a flat /24 subnet) with an ftp from a Windows Server 2003 server for "Data Server".

Our goal is to get a static IP address from the "new" network and change the ftp of the "Data Server" to a newer one, something like 2008R2 server or an FTP service on a Synology NAS.
The biggest problem is that the VS50 is not able to get an IP from the new range although the switch port is configured correctly, as access port.

Is there anyone who has tried it and can give any suggestion?

Thanks in advance!
