HiCell 23 Chuck / Jaws

Hello!
I am the new owner of a 1994 HiCell 23!
It came without Jaws on the chuck and I have never seen anything like this before.
There are no Brand or Model markings on the chuck...

Has anyone seen a chuck like this before?

Update!

I was able to track down the information I needed!
The chuck is a Pratt Burnerd Gripfast quick change chuck.
