Hiturner won't turn on

Guys,
I got my Hiturner powered on as usual.
So moved the handle on the back to ON position. Then pressed power ON green button on the front. I can hear the "knocking" noise in electric cabinet but the front control panel and screen won't light up. The stanby isn't possible. Any ideas? Thanks

after rest button 1033 remove few second any one help me what i do
