Default Hitachi Seiki Seicos LIII [1016] (001C) AIP1 Alarm RAM Error

    The Seicos Strikes again...
Came in Monday and Had the previously Mentioned "[1016] (001C) AIP1 Alarm- RAM Error" on one of our Hi-cells. Translated some japanese and proceeded to swap SAMS1 board as it said to no avail... and of course theres no great phone support out there for these machines.. anyone else had any experience? Any wisdom in the matter of repairing it would be greatly appreciated...

    Hello

how often do you get it? Have you check the system table for RAM allotment? PM me your email if need be, I have a lot of experience with HiCells / Hitachi Seikis in general

Currently it is constant, according to a manual I have from the UK, I swapped out the Sams1 board with a spare however did not help, I'll have to check out the system table in the morning... I've never actually seen this before

The LED's you show are not consistent with that alarm on the screen. The AIP is a section on the SAMS board, but likely it's not a hardware issue

Hitatchi Ca40 Hicell, I have alarm #1105 (Bat) and 1106 (Sphc board). I can not find any information on these alarms. Any chance that you might have the alarm lists that you could send a link too?

Depending on your setup.. card bank in left cabinet at back of machine... believe 3.6v battery. leave machine powered on anytime the battery is disconnected.

1016 is that your SAMS1 card is no good. Do you have a spare machine you can swap with to confirm?
