We have 1 Hitachi Seiki CS 25 turning center, now we faced C axis problem, any way we are not using C axis,
The spindle act as a C axis. I request you to kindly share the C axis Bypass parameter.

Hello, I have Hitachi Seiki HT23II with Seicos J controller and LNS bar feeder, after moving to new location this machine stopped turning spindle and showing error code that the chuck is not fully closed. The bar feeder disconnected and we dont want to use it anymore, so my guess is that machine doesnt see bar feeder and doesn't operate. Spindle does spins in JOG mode. Also in user alarm window it showing that I need to go back to memory mode. Please help.

Hello, I have an issue with finding parameters on disconnecting LNS bar feeder from Hitachi Seiki HT23II. We bought used lathe and it was coming with bar feeder, we don't need the bar feeder and trying to remove it from Hitachi system but cannot find where. Please help

with a vs60, the clamp button does not work, unclamp when you press it, the arm moves if you open the door and it gets stuck in the piston, you know if the cam unit motor should move when you press the button. clamp, unclamp

Hi everyone. want to ask. hitachi seicos NR23III Seicos A10L. using PC9821. all data is lost. I tried setting up PC and NC parameters. result X and Z axis function. but zeroreturn cannot confirm (zeroreturn LED is off). deceleration process normal and stop. already setting the zeroreturn procedure but result not OK. thank you

my name is mark .we have a hicell ca30 with a adu50f1i drive.we keep getting a 821 -t axix current over alarm.its on the turret axis .we have had the servo motor -(dfsm-3020-502a ) totally rebuilt .it showed a burnt stator.the motor last about a month than we have same alarm.we have had the drive checked muliple times.also replaced power cable.we are at a loss as to what to do.do you travel to michigan?thanks ,mark.

I have a Hitachi Seiki Hiturn 20SII with the KV40 Turret. Some of the tools release fine and some push out just a bit.
Do you have a adjustment procedure or solution?

Alarm 2a30 spindle up to speed detect abnormal
Alarm 2a27 spindle zero speed detect abnormal
Occurs at low speed 100 rpm or less when trying to
tap
Any explanation on what these alarms are detecting
