Kinematics

We have 3 older Mikron Vario 600 machines with the iTnc530 control ( Table/Table config ) and one of them just the board for the spindle probe. I currently have a pivot/rotation issue and need to correct the kinematics to make good parts. However, since the probe is not working I need to find a way to manually adjust these values. I called Mikron and there answer was get the probe working. Current quote is replace the entire control for about $14k plus labor. When I pressed them to give me the procedure on manually adjusting them they told me they would not provide it due to the complicated nature of it.

KinematicsOp function is not available on these machine due to the age.

I used to work on a 5-axis machine with iTnc530 control machine back in the mid 2000's and we adjusted kinematic values manually ( yes, it was a pain ) in the MP's. I am hoping someone has information they can share with me so I can dial this machine back in.
