iTNC 530 tool table transfer problem . . .

Wondering if anyone can help with this?? File transfer using TNCRemo works fine with my iTNC530 control on all files except for tool tables. Tool tables will not transfer back to the computer, the transfer begins but then freezes leaving an empty file on the computer. I've tried creating new tool tables in case an illegal character had slipped in but no joy.
Any ideas?

You can open the .T file (control file) in Notepad .... then do a SaveAs to get it onto the computer
