RAM error Heidenhain tnc 426CB

Hi!

Suddenly got this error on startup: "RAMTEST ERROR AT ADRESS FFF460F0"
Not working to press either ENT or END, but boot menu works.
Cant find this error in the tech manual, so wonder if someone that have experienced the same or know a solution without changing the unit?
