    Hello everybody

I have installed a full version of the programmers workplace and now I want to simulate a boring machine. I have selected the W axis and the B table in the kinematics selection. After some “fiddling” in the MP I finally managed to simulate the table while turning it- also the X, Y and Z axis turn too.
My question is: Can the W axis be carried out in general or if it can also run in and out in the kinematics animation. When entering a value for the W axis, then it runs in /out of the display- just not in the picture

    Hello
If you mean the kinematics display from DCM and the kinematics with the number no.35:
.... then you have to try it out for a long time over the MPs -- the W axis is just not deposited as a collision body / axis in the kinematics definition...

If you want to mange it, then you have to do it yourself over the KinematicsDesign...
(if you know how it works) or even hope for some help.. Maybe ask Heidenhain
However I don’t even know how the real W axis is defined or composed of on your machine - one would need this information to implement anything.
