Heidenhain iTNC 530 Start Up Troubleshooting

I am new user of the Heidenhain iTNC 530 installed in a Mikron HSM 200(U) LP. Afetr power up and press the CE key I open and close the access door and the following box message appears with a progress bar "Switch on external dc voltage" the red bar run complete and again start from 0 to 100 in a loop that never end. I can not operate or bring the machine to go in a normal run state. I attached some pictures. Not sure If I make a correct start procedure. See pictures attached. Thanks

There is ON button near e-stop. Push it firmly for 1- 2 seconds until it starts external devices (may also get lighted).
