Hello guys
We’ve got a machine with controller iTNC530 that sometimes behaves itself like an old PC with Windows 98. For no obvious reason it doesn’t let work with any pocket and the controller doesn’t react to anything.
Has anybody had such a problem?
What can help?

Could you give more information about it?
How old is the machine (operating hours)? What software release do you have? When does it happen, sporadically in every operating mode?
