HARDINGE DV-59 variable speed electrical help needed

Something burned up on my machine. I noticed the transformer was smoking so I replaced it and the Main fuse.I can force
the spindle to run by hitting the contactor. But something is still blown. Any help would be appreciated. I have the schematic drawing of
the electrical cabinet but it's very hard to read. Something used to click when I hit the main ON button. Does not do that now Thanks
