Fanuc 21T G76 Improper G-Code
Hello. I am completely green to posting a thread on this website so even though I've searched for the answer on this site and others, I have yet to come up with a solution. I've programmed 3 axis mill for awhile, but I'm learning CNC lathe all on my own here so please bare with me if this question has already been answered. I am running a Hardinge Cobra 42 Lathe with a Fanuc 21T control. I am using mastercam2018 with a "LATHE 2-AXIS SLANT BED" post. The machine is kicking a 010 alarm, "IMPROPER G-CODE" . Here is the program its posting:

G97 S300 M03
G0 X.95 Z.2213
G76 P010029 Q0 R0
G76 X.6309 Z-1.63 P595 Q233 R0. F.1
M9
G28 U0. W0. M05
T0200
M30
It has a G54 which I edit out because that causes the same alarm, but the G76 cycle looks correct compared to the sample program in the manual. When I go into MDI and type G76; it kicks the 010 alarm there too.

You dont have the G76 option try a G71 in MDI and see if you get the same alarm
