Hardinge Conquest T-51 Lube System Failure

I've been working towards getting this lathe up and running in our shop for the last few days and so far everything has gone well, but now I'm really stuck. It turns out a previous employee decided to take it upon himself to disassemble the lube system in an effort to diagnose and fix the "Lube System Failure" error. This puts me in a bad situation because now I have no idea how the lube system was originally wired. Would anybody that has this machine or a similar model hardinge with the bijur oil system be able to take a picture of the terminal block inside the auto oiler housing? This would at least give me a solid base line to begin troubleshooting the problem.

Usually you get the "chuck open" message when you try to cycle start the machine with the chuck open, which you can't do.

Probably got the machine set for internal or the hoses round the wrong way
