Default New 4th Axis (HRT-210) is machining at an angle

I am a novice with using a rotary, only did 2.5d milling before this. I have everything installed, leveled, followed many videos and HAAS's instructions.

I got a vise on there and it's leveled but I still get a slight angle on face mills. Maybe my leveling can be better, I will try, but angle of the slope is pretty extreme when at A180. My searches for calibrating comes up with a tool they sell and nothing more. I was going to call them in to see if they can figure it out and figured I should ask here first. Thank you for any advice/links you can offer.

When you say level what are you using to setup the 4th axis.

I'm using a Mitutoyo indicator. I have the rotary on a riser so I made sure that was square, then I installed the 210 on that and again checked for squareness. Finally I installed a Pierson Rotovise to that and checked the indicator on the X & Y axis. The only reason I believe its the 210 that needs calibrating is because when I set the angle of rotation to precisely 180deg the machine reads it as 179.999. Maybe this is typical but I will go ahead with a Haas expert inspection to make sure its setup correctly.
