measure result of HAAS Probe

Hi experts,

I found the measure result is different between edge finder and probe when I probe square or bore on Haas machine. Probe runout is only 0.02mm, But difference is much bigger from 0.07-0.2mm.
Is it possible to make a modification in HAAS controller (macro or parameter)?
