New haas vf2ss metric/english issue

Well, Gents,
I have just bought my first new VF2SS and I am unable to calibrate the probe. The company set up everything and when I did my programming I use MM so I need to run through the probe setup. I have no problem with that. I run the first part of the setup with a 1/2 mill end and all is good but when I try to run the probe calibration part it always errors out and gives the 1106 error saying it needs calibration. That's what I am trying to do. At the wit's end help, please.

Did you call your HFO? Typically they setup and calibrate the probe on installs. I bought a VF8 that was preinstalled and calibrated at the factory.
