HAAS VF3 1993 cant boots in DOS

Hello.
I have problem with my old HAAS VF-3
Frimwear ver. 4.20D

I cant boot in DOS.

I dont have button PRGM\CON
I have only PRGRM button.


When i hold PRGRM and power up the machine nothing happens.
Machine loading and open last used program.

How do i load in dos mode?
