Haas st-30 recovery after battery lost

Dear forum members
Regarding Hass ST30

I had memory lost after my battery died , so i took the Hass recovery USB and restored my machine and everything was restored except my C axis - showing me "C axis drive alarm" .
I double checked my parameters with original machine parameters and its they are the same , tried to replace C axis drive and still kept showing the alarm.

Before the battery died C axis was fully operational.

Did anyone had this problem before?

First of all thanks for replying !
Well i did install all parameters via "Hass USB" ( the original that I recieved with the machine) and verify also on the machine that all parameters are as they should be .

Is it possible that it is special option that only hass person can open ?

I think it's an option parameter on your machine
If you check the paperwork that came with your machine there should be a page showing options that can be enabled and the relevant codes to turn them on
