Alarm 139 fial Z motor X

Hello

Im working a Vertical Mill Haas VF1, a years ago i change on this machine a Magnetek drive for a AB VFD drive it works well until Now. It shows the Alarm 139 . I ll verify the wiring, and also change the motor and the board on the mocon were the P# conectors are hook up.
Its something else that i have to change?.

I appreciate your ideas and information on this matter.
